RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We ensure that your purchase is of the best quality, though if you are not happy with our product, we will be happy to accept a return, exchange, or refund within 15 days of your purchase.

- The product is unused and in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is mandatory; we cannot provide a refund or exchange if there is no proof.
- Do attach photographs in case of any product quality issues.
Refunds
You can request a refund and are entitled to get a full refund in the following scenarios:- Defective product delivered with leakage issues
- Wrong product shipped from our side
- Received product is past the expiration date
- On receiving an empty product bottle
In all cases, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
Exchange
You can make an exchange request within 15 days of your purchase. To process the exchange, we expect the following:- Clear photos showing you have received an unsatisfactory, defective, or wrong product
- Products should be unused and repackaged well for exchange shipping
- You will have to bear the shipping cost for the exchange product
You will receive a full refund on the approved products minus the shipping costs. Please email us at contact@moehair.com to request a return or exchange. Once we receive your email, our team will contact you for further action.
Please note that all refunds will be reverted to your original payment mode.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancelling your order
We ensure that your purchase is of the best quality and that necessary measures are taken for proper packaging. However, you can cancel the order within 15 hours of placing the order to get a full refund. Beyond 15 hours, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Q.What can you do if your order is delayed?

Q.How can you add more items to your existing order?
Ans- You will have to place another order as more products cannot be added to an existing order.
Q.Removal of items from your order
Ans- You cannot remove products from an existing order, though you can always follow our returns policy for unwanted products.
Q.Change in the delivery address
Ans- To prevent fraud and security issues, the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
